Welcome, Class of 2037!
Welcome to Cascade View Elementary School! We are excited to have your child begin their formal education as a kindergartener at CVES in the fall. We want to welcome you to our school and ensure your child and family are well-prepared for the transition.
As we look ahead to the first day of kindergarten, there are many important dates to mark on your calendar. To start, we hope you and your incoming kindergartener will be able to join us for Kindergarten Orientation on Thursday, April 18, at 5:45 p.m. at Cascade View Elementary School.

WHY: Kindergarten orientation can be a crucial step in preparing both children and parents for the transition to formal schooling. This event provides an opportunity for families to explore their new school environment; meet teachers, principals, and other school staff; and learn about classroom rules, routines, and behavioral expectations. This knowledge prepares children for what to expect and helps parents reinforce these guidelines at home.
More Important Dates

Before the first day of school, Kindergarten Family Connection Meetings will take place at all Snoqualmie Valley elementary schools, August 27-29. Schools will be in contact with each Kindergarten family to schedule a 1:1 meeting with their student's kindergarten teacher.
