Original Certified Birth Certificate from Vital Statistics – with copy
Updated Immunization Record
It isn’t necessary to bring your child on this date. This time is for completing papers only.
Tentative Kindergarten
Monday-Thursday: AM
-8:30 to 11:15 and PM -12:15 to 2:55.
Fridays: AM -8:30 to 10:15 and PM -11:15 to 12:55.
Full Day Kindergarten: Full day kindergarten will be available for the 2010-2011 school year. Parents have five days after being notified of their child’s acceptance in the program to pay the first month’s tuition and assure a space in the class.
Orientation: On Tuesday, May 11th at 6:30 P.M., bring your child to meet our teachers, ask questions, and review curriculum.
Other Information:
- Your address will determine if your child will have an AM or PM class.
- A session request form can be completed, all requests will be reviewed.
Your request may or may not be approved.
- You will be notified later, in the summer, about your session.
